Bend, Oregon Fresh-48 Session for Mila Monroe
There is something so special about photographing a newborn while they are still at the hospital. For one, they are just hours or days old, which makes them super easy to photograph, and as tiny as they will ever be. I love Fresh-48 sessions because they offer the family beautiful images of a once in a lifetime moment, while still giving them the time to get their parenting bearings before doing the shoot. Babies are almost always born in the middle of the night it seems, so the natural light that daytime offers is an added bonus for beautiful images.
Mila Monroe was born at St. Charles Family Birthing Center. Her parents, sister and grandma were there for the session which made it extra special. I loved being able to document this family bond that was in the process of forming.
